Description:
The J.U.M. Engineering PreFilter® is an
efficient, all heated and low pressure drop filter for removing
solids from a gaseous sample. The Model 1128 utilizes an all
stainless steel filter and an all stainless steel valve in a
thermostatically controlled oven to prevent the loss of high
molecular weight hydrocarbons or condensation of water.
The permanent sample filter is cleaned by
backpurging. An automatic programmable filter backpurge system
is available as an option. Major
Applications:
- Stack gas hydrocarbon emissions monitoring
- Removing particles from a gaseous sample
- Diesel raw exhaust analysis
- Gasoline raw exhaust analysis
- Stationary diesel engine exhaust analysis
