Portable All Heated Sample Diluter Model 108

Description:

The J.U.M. Engineering heated sample diluter allows the use of HFID total hydrocarbon analyzers in concentration ranges above some 10.000 ppm. The portable Model 108 is ideal for use in combination with our portable HFID analyzer Model 3-200.

The use of our Model 108 eliminates the socalled "Hang-Up effects" in your FID analyzer. In measuring ranges above some 10.000 ppm HFID analyzers will become non-linear. To overcome this problem it makes sense to install a sample diluter. The J.U.M. Model 108 has a fixed dilution rate of 1:10. However, it can be adjusted to the sample flow rate of the FID via a precision regulator

Like all J.U.M. sample handling products it comes equipped with a heated, backpurgeable sample filter and a heated sample valve. An automatic backpurge option is available to extend calibration- and maintenance cycles.
